Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached

  • Items must be in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Please note: items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will make it right.

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your original item and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
